Arrangements have been made under the auspices of the Hong- kong General Chamber of Cons merce for the holding of a number

of public meetings in connection the visit of the Commission for Combating Venereal Diseases. This evening, at 5.80, 8 meet-

ing for men of the European community will take place at the Chamber of Commerce Room, Chartered Bank Buildings; whilst film lectures for European men and women are to be given at the City Hall to-morrow and at the Helena May Institute on Monday.
